Payment
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) and Google Checkout and Paypal.

Shipping

Our flat shipping and handling fee for ground orders is $4.95 and free for orders over $75.

All orders will be shipped by the next business day.

Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. These products can take 2-5 business days for order processing and additional 5-7 business days for shipping. You may receive more than one shipment for your order. If you need to know which products are shipped from our warehouse or which products are shipped from the manufacturer, please contact us at info@greenandchic.com .

All packages are sent via USPS, FedEx or UPS. To check the status of your order, go to the order tracking link where you will be asked to enter your email address and tracking number.

We currently do not ship internationally.

Returns

You may return all unopened items purchased at Green and Chic within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping amount. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within business 7 days of receiving the returned item.

If a package is received with damaged products, please make a list of the products that were damaged and contact us right away so that we can process your claim send you a replacement as soon as possible.

If what you received is not what you ordered as stated on the invoice, contact us and we will make arrangements to quickly replace the received item with the invoiced item. Please keep the packaging and contact us right away.
