You may return all items* purchased at Green and Chic within 30 days of the original delivery date. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping amount. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Green and Chic will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. Merchandise will be deemed used if the original packaging has been removed or altered in any way whatever. Full-priced merchandise may be returned/exchanged within 10 days from date of delivery provided that the merchandise is its original condition and packing, and accompanied by the original sales slip.
